How do we provide our services?

Here at SJK Tech, the customer always comes first

Ticket Logging

In first instance a ticket will be logged to keep track of progress, the customer is able to update/close upon job ticket completion.

This enables the customer to see what progress has been made on the ticket alongside time spent.

Remote & Onsite Support

Once a ticket has been logged, it will be assigned to a dedicated engineer who will contact the ticket owner and discuss the next steps required.

Depending on the nature of the issue they will ascertain whether it can be resolved remotely or if a site visit is required. 

Performance Monitoring

Preventive Performance Monitoring can help diagnose potential issues before they happen, this can save downtime and productivity as well as money.
